These Moretti Forni Series P Heavy duty Gas bakery deck ovens are ideal for Cooking bread and other bakery products, supplied as standard with a refractory stone base floor, they are the ideal choice for discerning bakers. The oven is supplied with the decorative canopy and proofer on castors.

  • Gas Burner is positioned directly under a twin layer of Refractory stone - the double refractory deck with a vacuum in the middle distributes heat coming from the burner, so allowing perfect even baking

  • Supplied Nat gas as standard but can be ordered for LPG use
