The Waring® WSM7LE is equipped with a powerful ½ HP motor and 11 mixing speeds for efficiency and versatility, no matter how light or tough the job. Power through mashed potatoes and mix up batters for baked goods and desserts. Gear-driven design and thermal overload protection make this a mixer you can count on for years of top service. Large, 6.6Ltr stainless steel bowl with sturdy stainless steel handle for easy lifting. Removable, clear-view splash guard with feed chute keeps counters clean and lets chefs monitor mixing. Tilt-back head makes it easy to add and remove bowl and attachments, and simplifies cleanup. Gear-driven, permanent lube transmission provides years of reliable operation. Thermal overload protection stops unit from operating until excess ingredients are removed from bowl. Includes dishwasher-safe chef's whisk, mixing paddle, and dough hook. Nonslip rubber feet protect countertops and prevent mixer from moving during operation. Heavy-duty, ½ HP induction motor for tough commercial kitchen tasks. Front-mounted controls and LED power light are positioned for easy operator access. 11 mixing speeds with a variable speed control dial can handle any task, from light meringues to heavy batters.
