The Buffalo mixer gives you all the flexibility you need to achieve great results. With its stepless speed control and removable funnel, you can easily adjust the mixing process, and add ingredients precisely without having to stop the mixing process. The strong stainless steel bowl gives you plenty of space for up to 1.6kg of dough, while the planetary mixing system ensures all the ingredients are folded into the mix.

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!
