4kg. A solid cocoa-caramelly taste in a mini curl. These Milk Curls from JP Posner are tiny rolls made out of milk chocolate. Lovely and intense in taste, with a round cocoa body and plenty of milk, they are great for finishing your cakes, or sprinkle them generously on top of ice cream and pastries. Milk Curls can also be used to top off your hot-chocolate drinks - simply sprinkle them on top of marshmallows or whipped cream and let them slowly melt away for the ultimate indulgence.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Skimmed MILK Powder, Emulsifier (E-322 Sunflower Lecithin) and Natural Flavour

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!
