This is a perfect washer for any professional catering establishment. Capable of washing 1000-1200 glasses/hour. This machine disposes of waste
by gravity. The function of a gravity drain is to release dirty water in a
drain located under the water outlet. This machine requires the drain to be
below the unit as there is no pump mechanism to discharge the wastewater. If
your drain is at or above the water outlet of this machine, a drain pump scheme
is necessary.
