    Do not buy from them.

    Ordered a bain marie and it was very dissatisfing. The product was dirty, old, damaged and did not work. Customer service is not willing to give me a full refund and making it a big deal even though I kindly sent pictures or the product the day after we received it. Do not buy from them as you'll just be throwing away your well earned money. Just get it from Amazon like I had to after and pay ABIT more.
