The Carter Hoffmann floor standing Vertical Crisp 'N' Hold is designed for high volume operations. These cabinets have six 1/2 size, long pans (4" deep) to keep your fried food fresh and crispy for longer, reducing food waste. Alternatively, use these cabinets to store part-fried food items, to finish them quickly in the fryer later, during peak times.
Dual fan heating system with electronic temperature control.
6 holding pans.
Fiberglass insulation on sides and rear of cabinet for heat retention.
Blower system with precision engineered air venting & front mounted plenums at the top and bottom of the removable casst for even air circulation throughout cabinet.
Preheat to 82˚C in less than 10 minutes.
