While many traditional carving stations rely solely on old-fashioned heat lamps, the CS-s00/S Alto-Shaam Heated Carving Station effectively keeps food warmed from below and above. Soft, gentle Halo Heat radiates from the carving shelf surface, while the ambient surface lamps maintain temperature from above, without cooking or drying out the food.

With a built-in removable cutting board, carving meats is made easy - the board includes a handy recess which helps to catch juices to keep the carving area clear.
