This Italforni EC8-2, Heavy duty twin deck pizza oven ideal for large volume producers. The oven interior is made of refractory stone to all inner surfaces, floor, ceiling, sides and rear which allows the oven to have a more even heat distribution and reduces heat loss when door is opened and closed a lot - image shows oven with optional mobile heated base



Features:




  • Heavy duty pizza oven with mirror finish stainless steel front and decorative hood fitted as standard


  • Inner oven chamber made of refractory stone to walls, rear, floor and ceiling - this reduces heat loss when the door is opened frequently and gives a more even heat distribution.


  • Fitted with steam release valve and counter balanced doors


  • Single deck oven with refractory brick oven base - will take 6 x 330mm pizza's per deck


  • Oven dimensions - 930w x 630d x 150h.


  • Top and bottom oven heating elements - each individually controlled with individual temperature readout


  • Programmable Digital Electronic controls with precise temperature control upto 450'C,


  • Fitted with digital temperature readout for oven and top and bottom element settings


  • Fitted with interior light


  • On site warranty - 2 years parts 1 year labour
