Effortlessly dry large quantities of leafy green vegetables and herbs with the high performance Sammic ES-200 Electric Salad Spinner. Ideal for high output areas such as wholesalers, central production kitchens or busy salad bars, the Sammic effectively and reliably dries up to 12kg of vegetables per cycle (that's around 12-15 lettuces), leaving the product clean and crispy. The top-mounted push-button control panel is completely watertight and regulates the two-speed motor - allowing you to choose one, two or three minute cycles as required. An advanced VCS (Vibration Control System) also ensures the machine operates smoothly and safely without requiring bolting to the floor. Designed with an innovative braking safety system, the unit ensures the basket stops turning as soon as the lid is opened, keeping you and your staff protected at all times.
