The tick-box design of these labels allows staff to easily mark any food containers that may contain allergens. This will help you to follow food hygiene legislation and keep your customers safe when working with potentially harmful ingredients.

The labels also include space to record open date, frozen date, defrost date and use-by date information for more effective stock rotation. Not only will this make sure you're not serving customers out-of-date produce, but it'll also help to reduce costly and environmentally damaging food wastage.

These labels are also made with a strong yet easily removable adhesive that won't leave any residue on your food containers - keeping them spotlessly clean and hygienic. Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!
