The two drawers feature adjustable sliding vents and thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods. In addition, the HDW-1R2 drawers have a food pan, a temperature monitor and a power On/Off switch, so you've got all the control you need to safely keep food warm for extended periods.
