This super heavy duty commercial fryer is manufactured with stainless steel and sturdy adjustable feet, this unit is equipped with a buzzer timing function for reminding purposes and a cold zone to prolong the life to maximise your profit. The heating element can be easily lifted for easy cleaning of food debris which is accumulated in the cold zone. Perfect for frying large quantities of chips, seafood, chicken and many other foods providing versatility and precision which is vital in today's catering and restaurant kitchens.
