A fantastic choice for busy commercial kitchens, the rotisserie is highly reliable and versatile. By simply changing the spit type, you can cook a wide variety of foods from chicken portions to large meat joints. The front-facing hinged glass doors and bright interior light provide an excellent view of the cooking process, making it suitable for front-of-house use.

This commercial rotisserie is designed for efficiency and ease of use. The glass doors help to minimise heat loss, which reduces energy consumption and overall running costs. User-friendly temperature controls and a 120-minute timer provide precise command over cooking, whilst individual controls for each spit ensure consistent results every time. After service, cleaning of the E20P is straightforward thanks to the durable construction, slide-out grease tray and built-in drain-off tap.
