Its ability to hold up to 36 birds across six spits makes it a great choice for busy takeaways, restaurants, and food courts. For maximum cooking control, each spit can be operated individually, ensuring excellent results every time. The unit is supplied with claw spits as standard, with other spit types available separately for increased menu flexibility.

Designed for practicality in professional kitchens, the CB G36P rotisserie is mounted on a mobile stand with castors for easy positioning. The hinged glass doors and interior light allow you to monitor cooking progress without losing heat, which in turn helps to reduce energy consumption. The light also makes the oven suitable for front-of-house use, showcasing the cooking process to customers. When service is over, the durable, easy-clean design with a slide-out grease tray and drain-off tap makes cleanup simple.
