It is made 35% natural non-alkalised cocoa, which gives it an earthy flavour with mild fruity undertones and a touch of smokiness. A bitterness, nearing on a sour flavour, pairs with the high cocoa content to ensure a rich, chocolatey flavour lingers.

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
