Designed to make shaping burgers easy, the Sirman is incredibly easy to use - simply position burger meat between two non-stick burger sheets and pull the handle. The Sirman quickly presses the meat into a 130mm circle. Due to the pressure applied, the burger holds its form and is perfect for griddling or barbecuing. Once finished pressing burger patties, the Sirman is simple to clean, thanks to the anodized aluminium alloy construction.
