It also boasts two layers of MasterClass' premium non-stick and scratch-proof coating, so there will be fewer of those annoying bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.

This cast aluminium casserole dish is suitable for both hob and oven use, so there's no need to swap dishes halfway through and double on the washing up. It's easy to clean too, simply rinse and pop in the dishwasher for a sparkling clean finish every time. Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!
