Made from special borosilicate glass, the Vogue dish is immensely tough and is specifically designed for everyday commercial use. The glass construction is non-porous and doesn't retain odours, colours or flavours. As such, it's easy to clean and is perfect for both front and back of house use. Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
