8kW. Varithek ACS insert Compatible with JB168, JB169 & JB170. Designed to fit seamlessly into the Rieber Varithek system, the 400-PF-8000-SP pasta boiler further expands the functionality of your Varithek to include delicious pasta and crispy fried foods.

Highly durable and easy to use, the pasta boiler can either be used as a standalone unit or inserted into a Varithek system. Digital controls give you the precision you need, whilst the multi-layer base with aluminium in the core provides impressive energy-saving efficiency.

The design provides functional assembly with a pasta set for fresh pasta (1 hanging frame, 2 pasta baskets GN 1/3, 2 pasta baskets GN 1/6) or with a fritter set for crispy fried food (1 hanging frame, 2 deep-frying baskets GN 1/3). All Varitek modules are suited, and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged for precise fitting in Varithek front cooking stations or as table-top units on any commercially available worktop.
