60.74.941. The Rational oil cart is the perfect complement for deep-frying. It has a capacity of 49 litres, it pumps the oil directly into the pan and can also melt cooking fat. fer deep-frying, the oil is returned to the oil cart through a filter. Due to the light proof storage, the oil has a longer shelf life.

The power can be connected via the integrated power socket on the front side of the iVario. Automatic shut-off of pump after the pan filling process (do not operate the pump with water) Max. housing temperature less than 70 °C (at 25 °C ambient temperature and operation with 180 °C hot oil) Regulated heating protects the oil from overheating Flow rate: 5 litres per minute of up to 180°C hot fat Temperature resistant up to 180°C Easy to clean You can check the Specification tab for more details.

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Lovely coffee machine

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
