With its exclusive Perma-Tight blade cartridge, you never need to tightening or adjust blades - simply slot in the cartridge and you're good to go. And as it's a manual slicer, there' no power connections required, meaning it's a great choice for kitchens with limited power sockets or simply for reducing your energy bills.
