Pack Size: 1kg. Major's veal jus paste boasts a rich flavour, smooth texture, deep colour and mirror like sheen. Easy to use and mix, it acts as the perfect base for reductions and sauces or for use on its own. The jus contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is gluten free.

Ingredients - Veal stock (meat from bones, extract, water, meat, fat), Modified tapioca starch, E1412, Yeast extract, Glucose, Salt (NaCl), Tomato paste, Potato maltodextrin, Carrot juice concentrate, Mushroom juice concentrate, Lovage root powder, Spice.

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
