This professional tilting bratt pan is a heavy duty commercial cooking appliance which is able to perform up to eight cooking functions: braising, boiling, steaming, poaching, stewing, roasting and frying.

So versatile it can be used for a huge variety of foods and easily replace numerous other pieces of heavy kitchen equipment. Although a fairly large catering appliance, it can save vast amounts of space in comparison to individual appliances which can do limited kitchen tasks.

  • High grade 8mm stainless steel thick bottom for corrosion resistance
  • Rounded corners for ease of cleaning
  • Electronic ignition system visually controlled by indicator lamp on the front of gas models
  • Safety system to cut off gas and heating if the pan is raised
  • Safety thermostat to avoid overheating
  • Thermostatic temperature control between 120-300°C
  • High quality thermal insulation for limited heat radiation and low energy consumption
  • Double skin lid with counter balanced mechanism for easy opening
  • Manual wheel-operated tilt mechanism
  • Solenoid valve and chromed swivel tap on top to refill with hot and cold water.
  • Stainless steel burners with flame failure device for optimized combustion on gas models
