This Aristarco AUH60.42E tray/utensil washer is ideal for the smaller operator wanting a commercial heavy duty pass thru' tray/pot washer. With a choice of 4 wash cycles, upto 30 racks per hour output and double skinned body for quiet operation, this tray washer helps to reduce labour time and guarantees hygienic washing of utensils and trays.

• Water consumption per wash is 2.5 litres
• Tank capacity = 40 litres with rinse boiler capacity of 11 litres
• Fitted with thermostop - this only allows the machine to operate when the rinse and wash temperature are reached - this guarantees hygienic washing
