Propane Gas. Powerful stainless steel Imperial Elite slimline twin gas fryer comes with four heavy duty burners and two large nickel-plated fry baskets. Featuring a double panel door, aluminium side panels, four adjustable legs, large drain port and fine mesh crumb screen. This twin pan version features two totally separate oil tanks to prevent cross-contamination and save energy with independent controls allowing one tank to be used without the other during the quieter periods. Powerful heating elements provide even heating for consistent cooking results 36kg/hr output is ideal for high-demand services Millivolt temperature control circuit provides consistent temperature control between 93°C and 204°C Rapid heat-up helps to minimise the time spent waiting for oil to get to cooking temperature Large drain port and fine mesh crumb screen help with efficient drainage and cleaning Separate frying tanks prevent unwanted flavour transfer Independently controlled tanks help to minimise energy output when not in use Plumbing: 2 x ¾" gas connections or 1 x ¾" gas connection with T-Bar fitting to split supply Cool zone helps to trap food particles You can check the Specification tab for more details.

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Lovely coffee machine

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
