Made from 100% food quality platinum silicone these flexible moulds are an excellent substitute for metal trays and moulds allowing patisseries to be simply pushed out. Dishwasher safe and suitable for oven to freezer use (-40ºC to +280ºC) and HACCP approved. Retains shape with frequent washing.
