0.3mm cutting wires for extra thin slices. The Boska mozzarella cheese cutter is the perfect solution for quickly slicing large volumes of delicious mozzarella cheese.

Designed to cut up to 56 slices at a thickness of 0.5 cm at a time, all it takes is one movement and the cheese is ready to go. Aside from mozzarella, the slicer can also be used to cut goat cheese and other similar soft cheeses without rinds. You can even use it to cut tofu and marzipan.
