The HSM10 mixer comes supplied with beater, whip and hook accessories, along with a 10-litre stainless steel bowl. A lever-operated lift provides effortless bowl-handling for the mixer, simplifying the process of adding ingredients and removing the mixing bowl. The stainless steel beater shaft and bowl support guide rods are also Tuftrided for corrosion resistance.

Built for longevity, the Hobart HSM10 countertop mixer is encased in a sturdy aluminium alloy casting with plastic moulded top cover and stainless steel back panel. The controls are conveniently fitted at the front for ease of operation, and there is a clear splash guard to keep messes to a minimum. For easy clean-up, all tools and accessories are dishwasher safe.
