The Pujadas Inox charcoal oven is made of stainless steel and coated with insulating materials to optimise charcoal usage and reduce heat radiation. With an adjustable air inlet and fume outlet, as well as an interior firewall, the oven gives you impressive control over the cooking process whilst being safe to use. The sunken fire bowl makes the most of the oven space, and the higher lid height allows for several grills and spacious cooking. The working range of temperatures is between 250°C to 350°C, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
