Prevent spills with the worlds first 100% compostable lid. Produced by Vegware the plastic used to make this award winning hot cup lid is made from corn starch as opposed to oil, which uses 77% less CO2 and if composted the disposable lid will turn back into soil in 12 weeks. Compatible with other 8oz cups from Vegware these disposable hot cup lids are sold in boxes of 1000 and suitable for takeaway coffee shops or anywhere looking to reduce waste that goes to the landfill.
CPLA is a stronger and more heat-resistant form of PLA (plant-based substitute to traditional plastic)

The lids are clearly marked as "completely compostable"
The CPLA material gives these lids good strength
Suitable for temperatures up to 85°C
These lids are not widely accepted for recycling

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
