The Interlevin Italia EVO HOT Range is A 4 tier hot display case with individually illuminated glass shelves make an excellent display of your produce. Rear sliding doors enable easy access for serving. The cabinet is fully automatic and is fan-assisted to ensure reliable even heat over the whole cabinet. The curved front glass hinges forward for easy cleaning. The glass on the unit comes pre-built, you will just need to put the shelves in place when installing.
