The top surface is made of felted wool, which prevents dough from sticking, while the bottom has a non-slip silicone surface to keep the mat stable on your work surface.

The mat provides a large area for dough preparation and offers a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean. The flexible nature of the mat ensures it can be rolled or folded for storage.
