This Aristarco AUL55.45EE washer is ideal for the smaller bakery outlets wanting a commercial heavy duty tray washer that will wash 600 x 400mm bakery tray. With a choice of 4 wash cycles, upto 30 racks per hour output and double skinned body for quiet operation, this tray washer helps to reduce labour time and guarantees hygienic washing of utensils and trays.

  • Choice of 4 washing cycles - Light (1.5 mins), STD ( 2 minutes), Heavy (3 mins) Intense (9 mins) - wash programmes can be adjusted to meet customer requirements
  • Cleaning function - at the end of the day an automatic cleaning cycle of the wash tanks takes place




  • Water consumption per wash is 2 litres




  • Tank capacity = 50 litres with rinse boiler capacity of 5.5 litres




  • Fitted with thermostop - this only allows the machine to operate when the rinse and wash temperature are reached - this guarantees hygienic washing

  • Cold water feed (between 10 & 50�C) with a supply pressure between 2 and 5 bar
