Item didn’t match the description / image. Company wasn’t interested. If we’d have known this company was part of Adexa we would have ordered off another company. Avoid.

If I could give - 10 stars I would. Absolutely dreadful service, Ordered a fridge and they sent a Freezer. Have sent a dozen e-mails, called a dozen times. Been promised calls back that never happen. They suggested they can phone and tell me how to make it a fridge, when I didn’t want that, they suggested I wasn’t telling the truth and it was a fridge. Now they are asking me to pay to return the thing they sent us that we didn’t order. Still no sign of our Fridge and lost loads of business and revenue because of this terrible organisation.

I did not need a compressor only the controls which I was told could not be bought separately.

I have ordered from them we are missing lids I called and emailed them they don’t answer very bad customer service and very bad quality

Had to just get my builders to sort it themselves as a make shift fix on the basis my previous experience buying from Adexa has been terrible. 4 tall fridges, 3 received damaged. One grade B small fridge received with no bolts on the door so it was just broken. Terrible will stop giving them a chance

So I bought a chef master and couldn’t find the blade that fits until this one I had to send four back but this works perfect and was £20 cheaper than the others

You have sent me damages items and you have three phone lines non of them answering

Order not received bad customer service, goon not email not replying, night mail

The photo of the tables was clear, showing the shape and style and also how the table folded for storage. Really helpful. The delivery of the first (sample) table arrived promptly. The remaining 9 tables was less smooth, as driver found our house difficult to locate. But all ended well and we love the tables!

Bad communication
Still not money received. Order placed on the 17/02/2026. Apparently refund processed but money never received. Very bad customer service. Email sent no reply. Will have to go through the bank to claim the money back. Stay well away from this company.

No response to a damaged counter, two emails sent with pictures.

We Placed an order Friday 13th Feb .. 3 door fridge .. I had to chase delivery we were informed fri18th Feb .. then informed the fridge I paid for not in stock .. we were offered a replacement. .. 10 days later I report frifge faulty & told we are only covered for parts . Contacted our own engineer to investigate & the main control box is in Chinese .. our engineers only understand English . Contacted CanMac … no success .. do not purchase anything from this company

Cannas - Delivery was terrible, with no contact from them regarding the delivery or any updates. I ordered the item on 22/01/26, and it was only delivered on 03/02/26. I kept constantly chasing them for an update.
