These German manufactured �Countertop Induction hobs are upto 92% energy efficient, they have extremely fast heat up times and give off almost no heat, making them ideal for "Front of house cooking" where safety is an issue.





Features;







  • Induction hob technology - power is only used when pan is on ring




  • Induction ring has 4 coils - this allows only part of �the hob to be used if using small pans or a selection of small pans can be used at one time




  • Ceramic plate is 388 x 388mm and 6mm thick




  • Fitted with "Keep warm" function - choose the temperature setting once it is reached it will stay at that temperature




  • Pan detection is on each zone




  • Fast heat up time - can reduce cooking times by upto 70%




  • Almost no heat is emitted not only making them safe but it also keeps the kitchen cool.




  • Variable temperature control with digital display under the Glass




  • Integrated pan quality control - when control knob is turned to 9 the quality of the cooking pan will be assessed and shown on the display
