 These Gas Teppanyaki griddles, finished in chrome for energy efficient cooking and easy cleaning, are made with a central cooking zone and cooler side areas for keeping food warm, they are ideal for show kitchens and front of house cooking. (image shows 2 element version)

  • Cooking plate made of hard chromed FE510 S355JR steel - 15mm thick - easy to clean




  • Supplied with grease channel to outer edges and with 2 removable grease drawers




  • Fitted with front hand rail


  • 4 x 5.8kw heating element


  • Cooking zone is thermostatically controlled upto 270�C
