This CB GV24/28/42M "Hot air" rotisserie offers a high volume capacity in a small footprint. With its glass rear panel this rotisserie can be "Island" sited to allw customers to view product being cooked.

  • 120 Minute timer with continous cooking mode setting


  • Capacity 24/28 birds (1kg or 1.2kg) on 4 long spits - will take 5 baskets spits. Spits not included.

  • Supplied with removable fat collection tray with Fat drain cock fitted
