This Chefsrange RBCO6A is a high capacity Convection oven that can be used on a 13amp supply, ideal for Snack Bars, Pubs, Care homes etc.� This oven has a "Cook & Hold" function allowing you to hold cooked products for upto 2 hours - ideal for regneration of pre cooked meals�
