Purchased a unit 43 days ago as it claimed to be in stock.
We were offered alternatives as the one I required (Combisteel 700 Refrigerated Counter 1 Door 6 Drawers Energy Line) was not in stock until end of august start of September. I asked for a refund once I realised that my order can not be fulfilled. I'm still awaiting for my money back to this date after clear email communications and phone calls being made that they will refund my order. Instead they have kept £2449.99 for the own personal gain.

Terrible service. Fridge never arrived, chased for 2 weeks before it was cancelled. Now been chasing my refund for 3 weeks and still no refund or clear update. Very poor communication and service.

I bought some items and the measurements were not as described hence I asked for refund and they blocked me and never responded. Now going through credit card company for claim. Beware of their 25% restocking fee also which I think should against consumer rights when buying online.

The dough sheeter was delivered without any issues and I am happy with the service provided. Communication was prompt, and the delivery process went smoothly.

My only comment relates to the cancellation policy. The 25% cancellation/restocking fee is quite substantial and may be difficult for customers who experience an unexpected change in circumstances after placing an order. In my case, I initially considered cancelling the order, but decided to proceed with the purchase because the cancellation cost would have been significant.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the handling of my order, and I appreciate the assistance provided by the customer service team.

I bought this fat skimmer few weeks ago and it already broken. There is no replacement offered or even a discount given. The material used feels really flimsy and of cheap standard. I will never buy again

The photo of the tables was clear, showing the shape and style and also how the table folded for storage. Really helpful. The delivery of the first (sample) table arrived promptly. The remaining 9 tables was less smooth, as driver found our house difficult to locate. But all ended well and we love the tables!

Bad communication
Still not money received. Order placed on the 17/02/2026. Apparently refund processed but money never received. Very bad customer service. Email sent no reply. Will have to go through the bank to claim the money back. Stay well away from this company.

No response to a damaged counter, two emails sent with pictures.

Cannas - Delivery was terrible, with no contact from them regarding the delivery or any updates. I ordered the item on 22/01/26, and it was only delivered on 03/02/26. I kept constantly chasing them for an update.

Size wasn't same as on your description. Delivery and quality is ok
