The Adexa HBS250A is a professional-grade manual gravity feed slicer with a 250mm stainless steel blade, ideal for slicing processed meats, cheese and vegetables in small delis, cafes, sandwich shops, and light-use commercial kitchens. 
Built with a cast aluminum body and belt-driven operation, the HBS250A offers excellent durability and smooth slicing performance. It includes a built-in sharpening system for easy maintenance and precise results. The adjustable slice thickness ranges from 0 to 12mm, giving users full control.
Note: Not suitable for slicing frozen products, meat with bone, fish, or non-food items.
