With its multi-programmable touch screen control and bi-directional fan system, the Turbofan gives you all the precision you need to achieve fantastic results. Whether you're steaming fish, roasting meats or simply baking jacket potatoes the Blue Seal's digital programming allows impressive control over the whole process. And as you can have separate programming for each of the three shelves, you can cook multiple items, all at once.

Inside, the Blue Seal E32T4 Turbofan fits 460x660mm or 400x600 trays, making it a great choice for specialist bakeries or patissiers. The strong door includes a handy viewing panel, allowing you to monitor the cooking process at-a-glance, and quickly open the oven with the full-length handle.

Programming the oven is effortless - simple icon-driven programmes are simple to edit and update. You can even update via USB port, so if you have multiple ovens or multiple sites, you can quickly upgrade entire menus in one go.
