Operation really couldn't be easier - simple dial controls let you choose the temperature you want. The high performance element gets to work quickly, allowing the fryer to reach up to 190°C if required. The fryer also includes a handy batter plate - protecting the element from knocks and bangs, whilst also preventing food sediment from burning onto it. This not only helps extend the lifespan of the oil - it helps the element last longer, too.

Once cooking is complete, the basket can be neatly positioned above the oil until the food is drained. And when it's time to clean, the whole element can be hinged upwards, allowing the tank to easily be removed for thorough cleaning. Strong stainless steel construction throughout also ensures cleaning is simplified.
