Your stock is well protected through a combination of sneeze screens, reinforced side panels and a serve over glass canopy, whilst being chilled through a hydrocarbon refrigerant that cuts cost and environmental waste. An eye level digital display monitors temperature and other key settings, and lockable castors allow the unit to be moved easily in times of maintenance and cleaning. GN pans sold separately.
