The LCD screen continuously displays both the programmed consistency level and the current consistency of the product in the batch. Adjustments can be made at any time using the arrow controls, allowing you to fine-tune the texture.

All command buttons remain accessible even when the hopper lid is open, so you can easily start a production cycle while adding ingredients. The beater is designed without a central shaft and includes removable POM blades that resist cold penetration, allowing for complete extraction of the finished product and easier maintenance.
