This De Danieli Cooker C2002EI� High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle are designed for cooking Low to Medium density mixture products etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket. These are simple to use, fitted with easy to use electronic controls and variable speed stirrer.
