This De Danieli Cooker CT300EIA High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle is designed for cooking hard mixture products, such as mince meat, meat sauces, nougats, etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket. These are simple to use, fitted with touchscreen programmable controls, variable speed stirrer and internal tank probe.

  • High temperature Indirect heat cooking - these models are ideal for Hard mixtures such as, Mince meat, Meat sauces, nougats etc

  • Capacity - 300 Litres or 100 - 150 Kg of product




  • Touchscreen programmable controls - 90 Recipes can be stored, 9 phases of cooking in each cycle, automatic start/stop timer, mixing timer, Password protected




  • Temperature range     - 20 - 160�C




  • Kettle jacket      - jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months




  • Kettle finish - Cooking tank is made of 304 foodgrade stainless steel




  • Inner tank probe fitted as standard - this sense the actual product temperature




  • Motorised tilting of kettle is standard




  • Inbuilt Teflon coated stirrer with dual rotation - 12 clockwise & 6 anticlockwise speed options


  • Safety - Lid safety switch - when opened stirrer switches off


  • Fitted with adjustable feet




  • Fitted with Oil life counter (advises you when to refill jacket oil)




  • Finish - 304 stainless steel to all exposed surfaces.




  • Options - Front drain off valve, Ingredient chute - allows products to be loaded into the mixer without opening the lid, perforated lid to release steam, lid with ingredient hole, core cooking probe
