Cleverly reversing its wash cycle between top and bottom this machine applies thorough rinsing to its contents regardless of its size, with the wash quality boosted by an integrated rinse aid dispenser. A self cleaning program is built into the unit to make the maintenance of the unit simple and without risk of human error.

This utensil washer delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial utensil washer is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
