    Used, dirty and damaged item

    I ordered a new hot chocolate dispenser for Christmas. However, the one I received was definitely not new as it was scratched all over and filthy! The inside had stains and the tunnel to pour from had a mouldy gunk inside it. Disgusting.
    To return the item, I had to pay for packaging and postage even though the fault was not my own. Not great, and won’t be ordering again!
