With dry, Bain Marie heating that can warm up to four (1/1) GN pans at once, the unit is able to keep food at the perfect serving temperature for extended periods of time. Plus, the gantry features overhead lighting that illuminates food for easy browsing.

Below, the roomy hot cupboard with energy-saving forced air heating helps to keep food or plates warm, meaning fewer trips to the kitchen for top-ups. For added practicality, the counter is supplied with a handy fitted tray slide to speed up queuing and service.
